Budget Billing or Level Pay is a free program offered to customers who have had service with the City for over a year and are looking to make yearly budgeting easier. Let us help you set a payment that helps you stay on track and brings you peace of mind. |

Service Order Request
If you need to terminate your utility services, download and fill out the form below and email it to our Utility Department. Be sure to note which services you would like to disconnect.
Also, if you have disconnect a services (such as an irrigation meter) you may use this form to reconnect a service as well.
