Utility Payment Options

 Mail or in Person

 You may pay by mail using a check, cashier’s check or money order.  You may pay in person between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday using cash, check, cashier’s check or money order, Visa, MasterCard,& Discover Card are accepted at Waynesville Municipal Center located at 100 Tremont Center.   A 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card and debit card payments.  We also have a drop box for your convenience outside the City Hall for your use. 


Online Payments

 As a convenience the City of Waynesville will accept online payments.  Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards are accepted.  A 3% convenience fee will be applied for all online payments. 

Please Note: We recommend that you make your payment request several days before your Payment Due Date. Payments made prior to 3:00 pm Central Time, Monday - Friday will be posted to your utility account on that day. Payments made after 3:00 pm Central Time Friday, all day Saturday, all day Sunday and all day on legal holidays will be posted on the next business day. Please keep this in mind when making your payment online to avoid a late penalty.  

If you have received a disconnect notice, please keep in mind that your online payment will not post to your account until the next business day.   Your payment must be posted to your account two (2) days prior to the cut off date on your notice to avoid service disconnection and a service fee being applied.  

Any additional fees such as service fee or non sufficient check fees cannot be made on line.

The City of Waynesville, Missouri, is located in Pulaski County, Missouri, and is home to Fort Leonard Wood.  Historic Route 66 winds its way through downtown Waynesville, and the area near the Roubidoux Spring in Waynesville's Laughlin Park was used as a Cherokee encampment during the 1837-1839 Trail of Tears march.
